3. Add 150 g of peanuts to the food processor, grind them and add them to the bowl with the crushed biscuits. Mix the two ingredients well.
4. In a saucepan, pour 100 g of sugar, 100 ml of water and 125 g of butter. Heat over medium heat and stir constantly until the sugar and butter are completely melted.

5. Remove the pan from the heat and pour the hot mixture into the bowl with the crackers and crushed peanuts. Mix well until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
6. Divide the dough into two equal portions and set one aside.
7. Finely chop 100g of dark chocolate and place in a heatproof bowl. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, stirring until it is completely melted and smooth.
8. Add the melted chocolate to one of the reserved portions of batter and mix well until the chocolate is completely incorporated into the batter.
9. Lay the chocolate batter on the prepared sheet and press down firmly to level the surface.
10. Take the other half of the batter (minus the chocolate) and place it on top of the chocolate batter layer in the pan. Press and level the surface again.
11. Chop up an additional 100g of dark chocolate and put it in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and melt in a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
12. Pour the melted chocolate over the batter in the pan, covering the entire surface. Smooth with a spatula.
